Or do we go at all?
Wauh, the Icelandic volcano eruption! What a mess it creates in the European aviation. Let's see now what happens to our Chocolate Master's course in France, Tain l'Hermitage.
Many participants, including our boss Pam Williams from http://www.ecolechocolat.com are trying to come from overseas so it remains to be seen who can arrive and how.
Funny thing is that I visited Iceland with my girl band last autumn. We made some tricks there during the roundtrip at volcanoes and can see the results now.
It has to turn for the best with all the magic of Icelandic elves and trolls I spoke about my wishes then.

Here we go
This is a story of ever changing life. I've had a past and will turn the page and try to become a chocolatier.
I've done the first part of the Ecole Chocolat http://www.ecolechocolat.com and will aim the Master's in France with Valrhona www.valrhona.com. 9 days to go. Means over 200 hours practising, practising - and quickly.
Wish you can share this trip with me. Maybe somebody else has done a similar turnaround? Lot of hesitation and questions. But it's healthy stress.
